Sofre\u00edmolo con un pouco de aceite de oliva e sal para que sude. Cando empecen a amolecer, agregamos o tomate, tomillo e reservamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Po\u00f1emos unha cama de sofrito na tosta. Cortamos un disco de rulo de cabra, desmig\u00e1molo e po\u00f1\u00e9molo por encima.
