Descunchamos e reservamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Cortamos a cenoura, cebola e allo en xuliana fina. Sofre\u00edmos en un pouco de aceite de oliva. Que queden \u00f3 dente. Engadimos os grans de pementa negra, loureiro, e refogamos. Mollamos co vinagre e vi\u00f1o branco. Deixamos reducir, apagamos o lume, engadimos o pement\u00f3n de la vera dulce, removemos ben e engadimos os mexill\u00f3ns, mesturamos con cuidado de non rompelos e cubrimos co aceite de oliva. Levamos o lume uns minutos e reservamos.
