Salpimentamos e po\u00f1emos no fondo dunha fonte para forno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Sofre\u00edmos o pemento, cebola e allo cun pouco de aceite de oliva. Cando empecen a quedar brandos aromatizamos cun pouco de vi\u00f1o branco. Salpimentamos e cubrimos as patatas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Po\u00f1emos o bacallau sobre a cama de patacas e verduras. Desmigamos o pan de millo e cubrimos o bacallao.
