Salte\u00e1molo cun pouco de aceite de oliva, sal e\npementa negra. Sen que se coci\u00f1e demasiado para que non quede seco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nPelamos\ne cortamos as maz\u00e1s, salpimentamos e levamos \u00f3 forno, 180\u00ba durante\n20 minutos. Aplastamos cun tenedor, sen que quede desfeita de todo.\nUntamos encima da tosta, po\u00f1emos o raxo, engadindo un pouco do xugo\nde saltealo.
